  1. Boil chicken and stockfish adding salt,onion and maggi cubes.boil the slice yam pound in a mortar.
  2. Make balls of the pounded yam put in the boiled chicken and stock fish and cover to boil it will thicken after a while when the balls of yam dissoves.
  3. Blend crayfish,pepper,uziza seeds and add to the soup keep boiling add salt,maggi seasoning and nsala spice.
  4. Boil and soup is ready.boil water and pour in a bowl then pour in the garri.
