Add adequate amount of water, stock cubes, salt to taste and your fried ice fish. Serve pounded yam and egusi soup. To make the iyan, boil the yam in some salted water until soft. Place in a food processor and blend with a little water to form a thick, smooth consistency.

  1. Wash the meat into a put, add salt and seasoning powder. Put on fire and allow to steam for 5mins. Add onions. Add water and allow the meat to cook.

  7. Peel, wash and cut the yam. Boil till its soft. Pound when soft.
  8. Serve the food.
