  4. Allow to cook then add the yam paste in little balls. Reduce the heat and cover pot. The yam will dissolve thereby thickening the soup.
  5. Once you achieve the consistency you desire, add the chopped uziza and utazi leaves. Check for seasoning, Stir and turn off the heat.
  6. Serve with your favorite swallow
