  8. Remove fish and pour your vegetable and onions, stir well till all is well combined. Allow to Cook for some minute, taste for salt. Since salt was not added initially because of meat stock and seasoning. Add salt if necessary..

  10. Boil some water, stir I your yam flour and continuing turning until u get a firm constituency. Add a little hot water cover with lid and allow to Cook for some more minute. Turn firmly again.
