  3. Pound onion and crayfish together and also set aside
  4. Wash and boil your cocoyam until very tender then pound smoothly and also set aside.
  5. Put the cow tail, stock fish and beef in a pot, add water,salt, 2 maggi cubes and chopped onions and put on fire to boil until tender
  6. Once they are tender, you add the dry fish and allow for 2 minutes then add your grinded crayfish and pepper, add the grinded cocoyam and palmoil then cover and allow to boil for 5 minutes
  7. Add the bitter leaf and more maggi and salt(If necessary) and leave for another 10 mins. Your bitter leaf soup is ready to be served.
