  5. Add onion and little water, mould ur Egusi into balls and set aside
  6. Wash ur spinach with plenty water and shred
  7. Put ur oil into an empty pot and stir frying until light
  8. Add ur moulded egusi stair occasionally till it’s no loner sticking to the pot
  9. Add ur seasoning, nutmeg, black pepper nd salt stir and cover, wait for d egusi to rise
  10. Then add ur spinach stir and cover it to be a little bit soft
  11. When it’s done u can serve

Also took some jollof rice with plantains to-go. Nice restaurant with well made Nigerian cuisine. The chicken meat was a tad hard, but the fish was delicious with a well balanced and bold symphony of flavors that was a culinary delight.
