  17. Prepare 1 Tej patta
  18. Prepare 1 Dalchini
  19. Take 2 Laving
  20. Take to taste Salt
  21. Prepare 1/4 tsp Haldi
  22. Prepare 1/2 tsp Lal mirchi powder
  23. Make ready 1/2 tsp Dhania powder
  24. Prepare 1/4 tsp Kitchen king masala
  25. Make ready Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions to make Kofta Curry:
  1. Mix all ingredients of kofta and make balls
  2. Cook on preheated appe pan till golden brown. Keep aside.
  3. In a mixer jar grind all together -onion garlic ginger chilli and tomatoes.
  4. In a kadai dry roast jeera, laving, dalchini and tej patta.
  5. Put onion tomato paste. Cook till water evaporates.
  6. Add kaju/melon paste. Cook for a min.
  7. Add all dry spices. Mix well.
  8. Add water to make thick gravy. Let it cook for 5 mins.
  9. Add koftas. Cover and cook for 5 mins.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. Serve with roti /parathas.
