  5. Add cashew,poppy and melon seeds and mix adding sugar
  6. Remove it from heat and cool it down
  7. Fill the gourds with the stuffiing and a raisins in each of it
  8. Heat oil and place the gourd in the pan and cover
  9. Flip it over and cover again
  10. In another pan heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli whole and whole garam masalas
  11. Now add the ginger paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears
  12. Now add cumin coriander powder and red chilli Powder and saute
  13. Add tomato and saute till it become soft
  14. Add poppy seeds,melon seeds and cashew paste saute well
  15. Add tomato sauce and mix well
  16. Now pour this into the pan containing gourd,mix well gently
  17. Garnish it with ghee and garam masala powder
  18. Serve it as a side dish along with plain rice or chapati
