  10. Take 2 tbsp Jaggery or more if you like sweet taste

Today's recipe that I have for you is an instant raw mango curry. It is the main course vegetable which can be prepared when you are running short on time but looking for a blast of flavors. This is going to be a new dish for some of you, The chicken is cooked in a spice and mango chutney sauce. In a large bowl mix together the tomato puree with the yogurt, garam masala, chilli powder, garlic, mango chutney, salt and sugar.

Instructions to make Sweet and Sour Mango Curry:
  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds allow it to splutter, add cummin seeds and methi seeds and fry for 2 mins
  2. Add grated ginger and chopped garlic and fry until it turns lite brown in colour.
  3. Add Mango slice and salt and fry for 2 mins, cover with lid and allow it to cook for 2-3 mins in low flame.
  4. Remove the lid,now add chilli powders and coriander powder, give a nice mix until all mango slices well coated in masala.
  5. Add grated jaggery and mix carefully do not mash mango slices.
  6. Add little water and mix properly, now cover with lid and cook for 5 mins in medium flame.
  7. Switch off the flame and add coriander leaves if required.
