Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, pumpkin pieces, and saute it. Beetroot Curry Recipe In Udupi Style - Udupi Recipes.   5. Turn on the stove and cook it on a medium flame till gravy comes to boil. Once gravy gets boiling add fish in to it. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Once fish is cooked. Turn off the stove.
  6. Serve the fish curry with hot rice along with some stir fried vegetables.
