  5. Now add paste of onion and cashewnut.mix well cook for some time.
  6. Add milk and malai or freshcream and stir it well
  7. Add kitchen king masala,turmeric and salt
  8. At last if you want may add some lemonjuice 1/2 TSP.but its optional
  9. Cook for 5 min.on low flame.Curry is ready to serve
  10. Now we make kofta for this mash boiled potato add green chilli ginger paste,cournflour,salt,lemon juice
  11. Half crush green peas and in kadai take oil add cumins and cook crushed peas in it by stirring continuously add salt, coriander,garam masala, green chilli ginger paste also add cashewnut and raisins.
  12. Take potato mixer in hand and flattened it and in between fill green peas stuffing and cover and roll in desired shape i.e round or oval
  13. Shallow fry or deep fry koftas.for low calories good to shallow fry.
  14. Now assamble whole curry dish.take serving bowl put some koftas and pour curry on it.add fresh cream and garnish with coriander
