  10. Mix well. Add required amount of water.
  11. Cover and cook for 5 mins. - Add kasoori methi. Mix gently. Add coriander leaves.
  12. Now in take serving dish put gravy and koftas over it. - Garnish with fresh cream and enjoy with plain Roti/ Tandoori Roti.
