- Prepare 1 potatoes
- Get 5-6 beans
- Make ready 2 carrot
- Prepare 100 gms cauliflower

- Make ready 2 Tomatoes
- Get 2 onion
- Take 1-2 green chillies
- Get 1 inch ginger
- Get 5-6 cashews
- Make ready 2 tbspn cream or fresh malai
- Get 3-4 garlic cloves
- Take Other-
- Take to taste Salt
- Get as required Sugar
- Prepare 2 tbspn spnOil
- Make ready 1 bay leaf
- Prepare 2 cloves

- Make ready 2 small pieces of cinnamon
- Prepare 1/2 tspn garam masala
- Make ready 1 tspn red chilli pwder
- Take 2 cups milk (optional)
- Get 1/4 tspn turmeric powder
- Get 1-1 tspn cumin and coriander pwder
- Take 2 tbspn spns bread crumbs / corn flour
- Prepare 2 pinches black pepper
- Take For garnishing -
- Get as required Grated cheese
- Take as required Cream
- Get as required Coriander leaves
The Kofta's which are basically balls made out of minced veggies and spices that are deep/shallow fried and then added to a tangy, creamy and spicy onion tomato base curry. Veg Kofta Curry Recipe - the koftas are deep fried balls made from mixed vegetables and they are added into the creamy, delicious, restaurant style gravy. I have already shared the detailed post on preparing the veg kofta. These are on their own too good as a starter or appetizer along with chutney.
Instructions to make Mix Veg Kofta Curry:
- Clean wash and Chopped veggies roughly.
- Boil veggies till it becomes soft. (You can grab it also instead of boiling.)
- Mash the veggies add salt and black pepper in it.. Add corn flour for making dough. Now pick a small piece and make a oval shaped Kofta.. Roll it in bread crumbs or corn flour.
- Deep fry all the Koftas in oil. Keep it a side.
- Chopped tomatoes, onion roughly and make a smooth paste adding green chilli, garlic, ginger cashews and cream in it
- Heat oil in kadhai add bay leaf, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon in it. Now add onion,tomato paste and stir it still oil releases from sides.
- Add salt, turmeric pwder, red chilli pwder, garam masala and 2 cups of water or milk in it..let it boil. Add cumin and coriander pwder..when gravy becomes thick add Koftas in it and cook it for 2 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese and chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with naan, kulcha or parotha.
