  1. Cut chicken into small pieces and marinate with 2 tsp chilli powder,2tsp chicken masala,1tbsp pepper powder and salt and let it Marinate for 30 min.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions,ginger,garlic and coconut cuts.Saute it well until they turn golden brown.Add curry leaves and saute for 2-3 min.
  3. Add Coriander Powder, Chicken masala and chilli powder roast it well till the raw smell goes.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and sauté for 5 min.
  5. Cook chicken by adding enough water.(Make sure that the chicken should be completely immersed in water.) and put a lid on the pan.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked remove the lid and add pepper powder and crushed pepper.
  7. Saute this mixture well for another 20-30 min until it is dry and brown.
  8. Garnish it with curry leaves and serve hot.
