  2. Take half kg Yoghurt

Steps to make Bannu Beef Pulao:
  1. Boil beef with half tsp salt. Better to add 1-2bones in it for tasty broth.
  2. Add oil in wok,put 1 sliced onion. Fry until dark brown. Add ginger garlic paste. Fry 1min them add tomato cut in cubes. Stir fry. Add yoghurt 1cup. Cook for 5min then add cumin, 5-6 pepper and to taste Salt.
  3. Cook for some time then add boiled beef. Cook 10min. Then add beef broth(yakhni)..itne jitny me chawal gal jaen..like I use 2-half glass for half kg. Add whole spice powder. bring it to boil. Add rice. jab pani kam hujae to dum pe laga dain. 20 min. pulao tyar.
  4. Raita ke lye 2-3 pepper, 1 Onion, 3-4 Green chili,1 or half tsp cumin (as much you like) to taste Salt and yoghurt and blend it for 10sec. raita tyar..
