  4. Make ready 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and diced
  5. Prepare 3 ribs celery, diced
  6. Make ready 1 large can of crushed tomatoes
  7. Prepare 1 bag frozen mixed veggie (carrots, peas, green beans, etc)
  8. Take 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  9. Take 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  10. Get 2 tsp Onion powder
  11. Take 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  12. Make ready 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  13. Get 1 splash Worcestershire sauce
  14. Get 1 splash Gluten free soy sauce or Liquid Aminos
  15. Take to taste Salt and Pepper
  16. Take 2-3 tbsp cooking oil, I used Grapeseed oil
Instructions to make Beef Stew - Gluten and Dairy free:
  1. Cut beef into bite size pieces. Heat pan to medium - medium/high heat and add oil. sprinkle cornstarch over beef pieces then place into heated skillet. Brown on all sides.
  2. While meat is browning, peel and dice potatoes, onion, & celery. Add veggies to a crock pot.
  3. Add stock, crushed tomatoes, & frozen veggies to crockpot.
  4. Add browned meat to crock pot with the veggies.
  5. Add a 1/2 cup of broth to the pan the roast was browned in. Use a spatula to scrape up the leftover beef bits from the pan. Pour into crock pot.
  6. Add seasonings. Mix and cover. Set crock pot to High for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours.
  7. Enjoy!
