Instructions to make Pytt i Panna:
  1. Finely dice sausage. Leave in pan and drain off all but 4 Tbsp. sausage grease.
  2. Add diced potatoes to pan and stir-fry in sausage fat.
  3. Reduce heat to low,add sausages and potatoes; mixing all ingredients together and heating until warm.
  4. Melt butter in pan; add chopped onions and sauté just until limp. Add chopped meat and brown, about five minutes.
