  8. Then add in your greated pepper and cook till the water is dried,here add in the crayfish, seasoning cube,salt and allow to cook well till all the ingredient are fully combined
  9. Now add in the water leaf allow to cook for a mins, then add in your ugwu leaf check the taste for correction and allow to cook for 3-4 more mins,and turn off the heat
  10. And serve your edikiakong with your favorite swallow my went well with pounded yam.
