The ingredients needed to make Slow Cooker Chili:
  1. Make ready 2 can black beans
  2. Prepare 2 can pinto beans
  3. Take 2 can kidney beans
  4. Get 1 can hominy
  5. Prepare 4 cup water
  6. Take 1 each Ground Beef (1 lb)
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup Chili Seasoning (See my recipe)
  8. Make ready salt
  9. Get pepper
Instructions to make Slow Cooker Chili:
  1. Rinse beans and hominy. Place into crock pot. Turn heat to high.
  2. Add the water.
  3. Add the Chili Seasoning.
  4. Using a hot pan. Cook the beef. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add beef to crock pot. Cook for at least four hours.
  6. This is the Chili after cooking overnight. I had to add 1 1/2 cups water.
  7. Garnish with cilantro, masa chips, and a little sour cream.
