  7. add some water in an oven dish and place the marows in it
  8. bake on 170-190 for half an hour

I recently had stuffed marrows in Malta (more than once mind you) when the family and I went in May for ten days. The marrows I have used for this recipe are the light green medium length marrows. Stuffed marrows are ideal for a Sunday lunch with friends and family. Insert the marrows on top, sprinkle some breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and basil on top as a form. This simple vegetarian version of the traditional stuffed marrow is utterly delicious and cheap to make.
