  1. In a skillet, cook beef over medium high heat until no longer pink. Breaking into crumbles , drain.Transfee to a bowl stir in tomatoes. In another bowl whisk eggs & ricotta.
  2. Return 1 cup meat mixture to skillet. Spread evenly.layer 1 cup ricotta cheese mixture.1 & 1/2 cups marinara & half of the noodles . Beaking noodled to fit as neccessary. Repeat layers top with remaining marinara sause.
  3. Bring to a boil. Reduce haat. Simmer covered . 15-17 minutes or until noodles are tender remove from heat.if desired sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Let stand 2 minutes or until melted.
