  20. Prepare 1/4 cup water

  23. Take 2 tbsp oil
  24. Get 1 tbsp chopped ginger garlic
  25. Get 1 tbsp soya sauce
  26. Get 1 tsp white vinegar
  27. Prepare to taste Salt
  28. Take 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  29. Get 1 tbsp cornflour
  30. Make ready 2 tbsp water
Instructions to make Indo-Chinese Lollipop:
  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Additionally add bread crumbs and mix well.
  2. Form a soft dough add more bread crumbs if required. Now prepare small sized balls.
  3. For batter:- Mix all the ingredients and mix well. Dip lollipop in the batter.
  4. Further roll and coat with bread crumbs all the sides.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil or bake at 180℃ for 12 minutes.
  6. Stir occasionally and fry on medium flame till turns golden brown.
  7. Insert icecream stick in the lollipop
  8. For sauce:- Heat oil in kadhai add ginger garlic and saute for a second.
  9. Add red chilli sauce, vinegar and salt and mix well.
  10. Add cornflour paste and mix well. Cook 1 minutes.
  11. Dip lollipop in sauce and serve with sauce and salad.
