Steps to make Baked palak paneer rice:
  1. Heat ghee in a nonstick wok.
  2. Add cumin seeds to the wok and when they begin to the colour and add garlic chilli paste saute for few min. Add onion and saute for 2 to 3min. For low flame.
  3. Add spinach puree to the wok and mix well.
  4. Preheat an oven to 180°C. Heat all the rice in microwave.
  5. Add salt and garam masala powder to the spinach mixture and mix well. And half the rice to the spinach mixture add adjust salt and cook for few min.
  6. Spinach rice is ready now
  7. Heat ghee in a non stick pan.add crumbled paneer to the pan and saute few min.
  8. Then add tomato basil pasta sauce and mix well.
  9. Add salt and dried fenugreek leaves to the paneer mixture and mix well
  10. Add rice to the paneer mixture and mix nicely.
  11. Adjust salt and cook for few minutes
  12. Paneer layer is ready now
  13. Grease a round steel mould oven an oven proof plate.put some to the spinach rice and press well.over this put a layer paneer rice and press.
  14. Bake in the preheated oven for 10mins.
