  1. Put the ingredients for the dough into a bread maker, and let it do the job until the 1st proofing.
  2. In the mean time, make sweet simmered apple. Cut the apple into quarter-rounds, and put in a frying pan. Add the granulated sugar and lemon juice, and turn on the heat.
  3. When the apple is soft and wilted, it's done!
  4. When the 1st proofing is finished, remove the dough from the bread maker. Press the air out, and reshape into a ball. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Stretch out the dough to 30 cm x 30 cm while pressing the air out. Leave 2 cm from the top edge, and spread the custard on top. Sprinkle with the apple pieces.
  6. Tightly roll it up from the side near you, and close the end part really well. Cut into 10 pieces, and arrange on aluminium cups.
  7. Do the 2nd proofing with a proofing setting in a microwave. After the proofing, take the dough out. Preheat the oven to 190℃. Brush with the beaten egg, and sprinkle with almond slices.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 190℃, and they're done!
